This will be an experience for the whole society and everyone will remember it for a long time. Preparation of meat under the peka will take place in a Dalmatian konoba with the instruction and supervision of your experienced host. You will bring your own groceries (meat you like, potatoes, salad, wine, …). Preparation utensils as well as Dalmatian spices and firewood will be waiting for you in the tavern. It takes about 2 – 2.5 hours for the food to be thermally processed and for the juices to be reduced. During this time, you will share experiences with your host over a glass of wine. And then follows the enjoyment of prepared food. The experience and knowledge gained as well as the smells and tastes of baking will be deeply etched in your memory. The estimated duration of the trip is about 4.5 hours. If this happens in the first half of the year, then it is possible to get Pag lamb, which is the best recommendation for the original peka.

The cost of the tour is to be paid in advance in full. The minimum number of adult passengers is 2. In case the minimal number of passengers for the tour isn’t reported, the tour will be cancelled, and the passenger will be informed about the matter at least 24 h before the planned tour.
