Reservation is held until midnight of the day of scheduled arrival. In case of no show, 20% of the reservation total amount is kept.
In accordance with Art. 10 para. 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Narodne Novine 41/14) we inform our guests that they can file a complaint about the quality of our services in writing at our business premises and recipe of it will be confirmed to them in writing the same day.
