Hotel Intermezzo has a national safety label Safe stay in Croatia, issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Croatia which guarantees that all prescribed epidemiological measures and health safety recommendations have been taken. The safety protocols for this label follow the guidelines of the Croatian Institute of Public Health and the World Travel and Tourism Council.
We also earned a “Safe travels” label for safe travel worldwide created by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) to help travelers identify destinations and companies that have adopted global health and hygiene standards.

They got our need to have our bikes locked up securely and provided secure bike storeage. My husband dropped his gloves accidently in the lobby at checkin. They were picked up and washed for him.
